BAM Clough leverages the worldwide resources of each partner to design and construct marine facilities for major resource projects. Resources include PT BAM Decorient in Indonesia for large-scale precast concrete fabrication, Sattahip Fabrication Yard in Thailand for structural steel and module fabrication and Delta Marine Consultants in the Netherlands for marine design expertise. The partnership also provides access to major marine equipment and vessels including BAM’s IB900 Jack up Barge and Clough’s Java Constructor.

Delta Marine Consultants

Delta Marine Consultants (DMC) was founded in 1978 with the purpose of providing consultancy, projectmanagement and engineering design services to clients on a worldwide basis.

For over 30 years the firm has been involved in design, project management and construction supervision for coastal, maritime engineering and infrastructure projects all over the world. Covering the full chain from concept (feasibility studies, layout development, hydrodynamic studies, etc) to reality (design and construction supervision of breakwaters, quay walls, jetties, etc.), DMC has worked closely with parent company BAM to tailor designs to meet high client standards.

IB909 Jack Up Barge

The IB909 Jack Up Barge has been used extensively on BAM Clough projects, and was most recently deployed on Woodside’s Pluto LNG Jetty in the North West Shelf.
